Browser Buddy is provided by LEXOR AXIOM S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company
with registered office at Soseaua Industriala nr 7, Constanta 900147, Romania, registration number
J2025096195003, tax ID RO53087130.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
You accept these Terms by creating an account, signing in, using Browser Buddy, or purchasing a Browser Buddy Plus subscription. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Browser Buddy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our breach.
5. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Browser Buddy for your internal personal or business use.
- Do not use Browser Buddy for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Extension behavior and page access
Browser Buddy is designed to help you understand or work with the page you are viewing. When you use the chat features, the extension may process visible page text, structural page elements, and a viewport screenshot captured at the time of your request.
Sensitive categories of pages, such as certain banking, webmail, government, health, or admin pages, may be blocked by default. If you override a block for a specific site, you are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate to allow Browser Buddy to access that site.
7. AI output disclaimer
Browser Buddy uses AI systems to generate responses. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising your own judgment before relying on them for personal, financial, medical, legal, compliance, or other important decisions.
8. Browser Buddy Plus subscriptions
- Browser Buddy Plus is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- We may change pricing or plan features in the future. If we do, the change will apply prospectively after notice to you.
9. Third-party services
Browser Buddy relies on third-party providers including Google Firebase, Stripe, OpenRouter, and model providers used through OpenRouter. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security risk, or exposed us or others to legal or operational harm.
You may stop using Browser Buddy at any time. If you want your account data deleted, see Account Deletion.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browser Buddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect security, or error-free AI output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEXOR AXIOM S.R.L. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Browser Buddy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the extension, the billing site, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
